Create courses to add to a course catalog

After creating a course catalog, create new course items to add to the course catalog and categorize them accordingly.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_lc.learning_admin, sn_lc.learning_course_catalog_admin

Create a course catalog, for more information see, Create a course catalog.

Note: Skills information associated with Cornerstone courses is not available.

Procedure

1. Navigate to Learning > Administration > Course Catalog.

2. Open the course catalog that you want to add courses to.

3. On the Learning Course Items tab, select New.

4. Select the type of course item that you want to create:

   • To create internal learning content, see Create internal learning content.
   • To create a content collection, see Create a content collection.
   • Select Submit.
