Add course items to collection

After you create a collection, add course items as groupings of courses that are orchestrated within ServiceNow®.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_lc.learning_admin, sn_lc.learning_course_catalog_admin

Create a content collection. For more information, see Create a content collection.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Learning > Content > Collection.

  2. Select the collection that you want to add course items to.

  3. On the Course Collection Items tab, select New.

  4. On the form, fill in the fields:

FieldDescription
CollectionAssociated course collection.
CourseCourse item to be added to the selected collection.
OrderOrder that defines the start of a new section. All learning courses that have order greater than this defined order will be displayed under this section.
MandatoryIf it is mandatory for the course item to be added to the collection.
