Configure action plan access in the Employee Center

Add or change the header menu labels. Or, update the My active items list link used to access action plans in the Employee Center user interface.

Configure Journey Accelerator menu items in the Employee Center

Install the latest Employee Center app from the ServiceNow Store. After you install the EC app, you can modify the labels for header menus or My active items links.

1. Install Employee Center

   Install the Employee Center app to get the latest EC user interface.

2. Update the Employee Center theme

   Update the Employee Center service portal settings to use the latest theme and menus.

3. • Add a Journey Accelerator action plan link to My Active Items list
4. Add a Journey Accelerator action plan menu to the Employee Center
