Installing and configuring Leader Hub

Install the Leader Hub application to give organizational leaders and their supporters access to resources that help them guide, influence, and motivate teams within their organization. Administrators can configure components of the application to meet the specifications of your organization.

Installation and configuration overview

  • Install the Leader Hub application
    Install the Leader Hub application to equip your organizational and HR leaders with the necessary tools to cultivate growth, develop talent, and make critical decisions that guide their organization toward long-term prosperity. The Leader Hub app gives leaders access to data about their organization's talent from the Employee Center.
  • Configure metrics for employee engagement
    Use the Leader Hub Metric Configurations table to configure metrics for employee engagement with certain applications in the Talent Development suite. The configurable options are applicable to the metrics that appear in the Growth engagement widget and the employee cards on the Org talent page.
  • Configure time range data in tenure widgets
    Use the Leader Hub Team Composition Configuration table to configure the time range data that appears in the following widgets: Range of years spent at the company and Time spent in current positions. These widgets appear on the Team details page.
  • Assign a leader or supporter role to a user record
    Provide organizational leaders and supporters with access to Leader Hub by assigning the required roles to their user record.
  • Create support relationships
    Use the Org Support Relationships table to create a relationship between an organizational leader and an organizational supporter. After the relationship is established, supporters can use Leader Hub to view their designated leader's organization and provide support accordingly.
  • Quick start tests for Leader Hub
    Validate that Leader Hub still works after you make any configuration change such as applying an upgrade or developing an application. Copy and customize these quick start tests to pass when using your instance-specific data.
