Submit a direct deposit query in HR Service Delivery Advanced Integration with Oracle HCM

Submit a query related to your direct deposits in the Oracle HCM system from a ServiceNow instance.

Before you begin

Role required: none

You will not be able to see your direct deposit accounts and its details if your employee number and Person ID (Correlation_ID) are missing in your HR profile.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to Employee Center > Catalog > Payroll > Direct Deposit Inquiry.

  2. View details of all your direct deposit accounts.

  3. Select an account for which you want to submit the query.

  4. In How can we help you with your current direct deposits? field, type in your query.

  5. Click Submit.

    An HR case is created under the HR service, Direct Deposit Inquiry - Oracle HCM Cloud.
