Use the Employee Summary Virtual Agent topic in Leader Hub

Activate and use the Employee Summary Virtual Agent topic to access employee contribution summaries, view consolidated profiles, and track employee progress.

Before you begin

To access and use the Employee Summary reports topic, the following plugin must me activated:

  • Now Assist for HR Service Delivery (HRSD) (sn_hr_gen_ai)

The following plugins are optional:

  • Employee Connections (sn_ecn)
  • Career Conversations (sn_egd_act)
  • Learning (sn_lep)
  • Learning Core (sn_lc)
  • Manager Hub (sn_mh)
  • Employee Goals (sn_egd_goals)

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Turn on the Employee information summarization skill.

    1. Navigate to All > Now Assist Admin > Skills.

    2. On the navigation panel, select Employee, then select HRSD.

    3. On the Employee information summarization card, select Turn on.

  2. Publish the Employee Summary Virtual Agent topic.
