Configuring Hiring

Install and configure Hiring to use it in the hiring process.

• Install Hiring
  You can install the Hiring tab application (sn_ta_hiring_mgr) if you have the admin role. The application includes demo data and installs related ServiceNow® Store applications and plugins if they are not already installed.
• Configure Hiring
  Set up the Hiring tab in the Manager Hub to empower the hiring managers to make quality hires. Create a seamless process and easy communication with the recruiter.
• Set up field data on the job requisition request form
  Add an entry to the reference tables to provide the field values in the job requisition request form.
• Customize the fields on the job requisition request form
  Customize the fields you want to include in the job requisition request form, according to your organizational requirement.
