Health and Safety Incident Management OSHA Content Pack
With the ServiceNow® Health and Safety Incident Management OSHA Content Pack application, you can automatically fill and export OSHA forms for injuries and illnesses that happened in an establishment under your organization.

Request apps on the Store

Pre-requisites for generating OSHA forms
Before you start the OSHA form generation, you must complete the following tasks.
- Set up Health and Safety Incident Management OSHA Content Pack.
- Review and set the following fields in the injury and illness reports for which the OSHA forms should be generated.
- Recordable: When you generate an OSHA form, only the recordable incidents are included.
- Establishment: Ensure that this field is populated with the establishment name.
Ensure that you have the safety compliance manager [sn_ohs_im.compliance_manager] role assigned to you.
Setting up the OSHA Content Pack
Set up the Health and Safety Incident Management OSHA Content Pack application to enable the generation of OSHA forms.- Generate an OSHA 301 form
Generate an OSHA 301 form for an injury or illness associated with a safety incident. - Generate an annual OSHA 300 Log or 300A Summary form
Generate an annual 300 Log or 300A Summary OSHA form for all OSHA recordable injuries and illnesses that happened in an establishment between January 1 and December 31 of a calendar year. - View a saved OSHA 300 and 300A form
