Managing Health and Safety incidents and observations
As a member of the safety department, work on the submitted safety incidents and observations to resolve them and suggest corrective and preventative actions.
For safety incidents and observations to be resolved effectively, the safety fulfillers can evaluate the reported incident in detail to identify sources for information, add or modify involved people, interview questions to collect key details, and attach supporting and relevant documentation.
Use Health and Safety Workspace to perform these activities with tools such as incident playbook, injury and illness logging, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventative action.
