View connected Zoom accounts

View the list of Zoom accounts connected to your ServiceNow® instance.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Log in to your ServiceNow instance.

  2. Navigate to All > Employee Center > Employee Center for Zoom > Connected Zoom accounts.

    On the Installed Accounts form, the Zoom accounts connected to the ServiceNow instance are listed.

  3. Select any Account ID value to see the associated Zoom account details.
