Receive employee data from UKG to the Employee Center Pro Kiosk

Map the employee IDs between the UKG system and the Employee Center Pro Kiosk to see employee details in your organizational kiosks.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

About this task

Map the Person Number from the UKG system to the Employee number in the Employee Center Pro Kiosk. The mapping is required for your employees to be able to view their details in their organizational kiosks.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Employee Center > System Security > Users.

  2. Add the Person Number details in the Employee number field for each employee.

Result

You have mapped the employee data flow from the UKG system to the Employee Center Pro Kiosk.
