Employees can create and update universal requests and track existing universal requests by using Microsoft Teams.

• Create a Universal request from Microsoft Teams
  Create a universal request with the help of the Virtual Agent. You can access the Virtual Agent from the Microsoft Teams application.
• Update or cancel a universal request using Microsoft Teams
  Update or cancel a universal request with the help of the Virtual Agent. You can access the Virtual Agent from the Microsoft Teams application.
