Schedule in Employee Center Pro Kiosk

The schedule details in Employee Center Pro Kiosk is a one-stop destination to check the shift scheduling details for the deskless workers.

Employee Center Pro Kiosk provides a centralized access to the deskless workers on their everyday activities at work.

Track and manage your shift schedule with a simplified home page optimized for the kiosks.

The Schedule tab displays the scheduling calendar. The Calendar header includes:

• Date picker
• Button that brings you back to the present date.
• Keyboard accessibility icon button to provide keyboard-only navigational tooltip.

• Option to navigate back and forth in time depending on the chosen view.

  Note:

  • The default view of the calendar displays a month-view. You can change it to the day or the week view.
  • Only the day view is available in mobile.

The calendar legends include:

• Shift: Work shift type.
  • Regular: Regular allotted shift.
  • Transfer: Transferred shift apart from the regular assignment.
  • Break: Pre-determined breaks during the shift.
• Holiday: Designated holidays allotted to an employee

• Time off: Paid time off allotted to an employee

  You can select each event type on the calendar to see the details of that event.

The display title of the Schedule tab is customizable. For more information, see Customize the schedule widget.
