The field descriptions provide a reference point when you're creating a request source.

Field	Description
Title	Title of the request source to understand the type.
Description	Short description of the request source.
Table	Source table for the request type.
Application	Scope of the request source
All portals	Option to apply the request source to all your portals.
Filter	Add filter condition: Add a filter condition to the request source.
	Add OR Clause: Add an OR clause to the filter condition.
	Add Sort: Add a sorting clause to the filter condition.
Advanced	Option to enable scripting to customize the request card configurations on the portal.
Script	Scripting field to customize the request card configurations on the portal.This section appears only when Advanced box is checked.
Title field	Title of the request shown on the request card in the portal.
Description field	Description type to be shown on the request card in the portal.Note: The maximum number of description type supported is two.
Portal page	Page where you are redirected when you click on the request card in the portal.
