Employee Profile Header Configuration form

Use the Employee Profile Header Configuration form to create a header for a profile.

FieldDescription
NameDefault name or any other name.
Show PronounsOption to display user pronouns.
Edit ImagesOption to enable employees to edit the avatar and background image.
Disable LinksOption to disable links in the header.
Background ImageOption to enable the background image.
Action GroupsRecord of the action group to be added in the header.
FieldDescription
Choose Username FormatFormat in which the primary user information is to be displayed. Available options:- FirstName, LastName - LastName, FirstName - FirstName, MiddleName, LastName
FieldDescription
FieldsList of fields to be selected from the list of available options. A maximum of three fields can be selected.
FieldDescription
ChannelList of available channels.
Show Presence StatusOption to show the user presence status for the selected channel.
