Configure Chat group to include On-call Scheduling users for Start Zoom Team Chat

On-call Scheduling users will be shown for Start Zoom Team Chat for an incident record.

The users who are associated with On-call Scheduling will be displayed in the Selected column of Start Zoom chat dialog box.

sn_tcm_collab_hook.zoom_on_call_tables_for_start_chat_action system property is created to support this functionality. You can extend this functionality to the change and request tables.
