Location Consent form

The location consent form helps you configure the communication channels for appointment bookings.

ApplicationApplication scope of the configuration record. This field is automatically set to the application scope of your instance.
DomainDomain for the communication configuration.
Show communication methodOption to enable the communication method on the appointment booking form.
Update my profileOption to allow users to update their profile with the appointment booking communication details.
Add commentOption to allow users to provide comments on the appointment booking form.
Ask for consentOption to ask for communication consent from the users.
TableTable that is used for the phone number and email fields for the user.
User reference fieldTable field that is used to reference the user record.
Phone number fieldTable field that is used for the user's phone number.
