Integrating and using ServiceNow with Zoom

Collaboration services for Zoom Team Chat enables agents to initiate chat with employees and import the chat, and enables employees to view and receive chat service from within  the Zoom application.

Collaboration services for Zoom Team Chat offers the following functionality:

  • Agents can initiate a Zoom chat with an employee from a task record.
  • Agents can import the Zoom chat transcript back to the task record as a comment.

  • Employees can view and receive the task record resolution service from within  the Zoom application.

  • Enhance employee experience by integrating ServiceNow with Zoom
