Install Meeting Extensions for Microsoft Teams

Install and activate the Meeting Extensions for Microsoft Teams plugin to be able to initiate a Microsoft Teams meeting directly from an Incident record.

Before you begin

Ensure you have installed Notify connector for Microsoft Teams. For more information, see Install Notify connector for Microsoft Teams.

Role required: admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > System Definition > Plugins.

2. Enter Meeting Extensions for Microsoft Teams or sn_now_teams_ext in the search field.

   You can search for the application by its name or ID. If you cannot find an application, you may have to request it from the ServiceNow store. Visit the ServiceNow Store website to view all the available apps and for information about submitting requests on the store. 3. Select Install.
