Quick links

Quick links are a way to quickly access internal and external resources related to specific departments within your organization. You can create quick links, associate quick links to topics, and restrict access to quick links.

Quick links are available on the Browser Extension for Employee Center. For more information, see Browser Extension for Employee Center.

  • Create a quick link
    You can create quick links using the quick links module in the Employee Center for accessing internal and external resources, such as knowledge bases, catalog items, pages, and links.
  • Create an external link
    Create external links to access external resources and content. When creating a quick link, you can select an external link as the content type to display in a topic.
  • Modify the Quick links widget display
    Design and manage the appearance of the widget, such as the title, display style, tile size, and content alignment.
