Configuring Collaboration services for Zoom

Set up your  ServiceNow instance to integrate  with the Zoom application.

To connect your  ServiceNow instance to your  Zoom application and to authorize, you must have the Zoom admin role along with the ServiceNow admin role.

  • Set up Zoom spoke
    Integrate your Zoom account with your  ServiceNow® instance. Create a custom OAuth application in Zoom and authenticate requests from  ServiceNow.
  • Enable Zoom chat integration
    Enable the Zoom Team Chat feature on your ServiceNow® instance by setting the related system properties.
  • Install fix-script for Collaboration services for Zoom
    Install the fix_script_start_chat_field_decorator_IT in the ServiceNow instance to display Start Zoom Chat field decorator/icon in the ticket to initiate a chat with the requester.
