CEM email templates
Various email templates are available depending on the purpose of the communication, whether it's for employees, or on-site responders.
| Template name | Description |
|---|---|
| Roll-call End | Inform that the roll call for the current emergency is complete. |
| Default Template | Compose your own email when none of the predefined templates meet your needs. |
| Roll-call Start | Notify the on-site responder to start the roll call for the active emergency. |
| Follow-up | Send a reminder to the employees who haven't responded to confirm their safety status. |
| Emergency Start | Notify the employees of an ongoing emergency and request their safety status. |
| Update Communication | Inform employees or responders about any updates throughout the emergency situation. |
| End Emergency | Notify that the emergency has ended. |
