Search for keywords in contract templates

Search for keywords in contract templates easily.

Before you begin

Ensure you have enabled the search functionality for the keyword search. For more information, see Enable keyword search for contract templates.

Role required: sn_cm_core.contract_config

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > Contracts Core > Contract Templates.

  2. In the contract template list, select the filter icon

  1. Search for single or multiple keywords.

    • To search for a single keyword set the filter condition to [Keywords][are][<your-search-term>]. For example, set filter condition as [Keywords][are][procurement]
    • To search for multiple keywords set the filter condition to [Keywords][are]["<your-search-term1>" | "<your-search-term2>"]. For example, set filter condition as [Keywords][are]["procurement" | "Acme"].
    • Select Run.

Result

Any contract template that has the keyword is listed.
