Components installed with Contract Workspace
User roles are installed with activation of the Contract Workspace plugin.
Roles

| Contract Workspace Admin \[sn\_cm\_workspace.admin\] | Grants permissions to all administrators to change the Contract Workspace for Contract Management Pro to fit into the business or user requirements. | Workspace administrator \[workspace\_admin\] - Chat admin \[chat\_admin\] - The chat admin role administers the chat tables. - UX framework designer \[uxframework\_designer\] - The UX framework designer role has write access to UX page element records for designing UIs. - Contract Workspace User \[sn\_cm\_workspace.contract\_workspace\_user\] - The contract workspace user role has access the contract workspace. - Fulfiller recommendation admin \[sn\_agent\_recommend.recommendation \_admin\] - The fulfiller recommendation admin role manages fulfiller assisted recommendation configurations. - Interaction admin \[interaction\_admin\] - The interaction\_admin role enables you to administer the Interaction Management system. - Workspace list admin \[workspace\_list\_admin\] - The workspace\_list\_admin role enables you to manage Workspace lists and categories. - UI action admin \[ui\_action\_admin\] - The UI action admin role enables you to manage UI actions. - UI Builder admin \[ui\_builder\_admin\] - The UI builder admin role provides permission to use the UI Builder APIs so you can create, update, read, and delete UX pages. - UX framework user \[uxframework\_user\] - The UX framework user role enables you to browse and select from the library of UX component records so they can set a component reference field on any accessible table. - Similarity Analyzer \[sn\_intel\_analyzer.similarity \_analyzer\_admin\] - The Similarity Analyzer role enables you to administer the Similarity Analyzer. The Similarity Analyzer defines patterns and trends that can help you resolve a record. - Form admin \[form\_admin\] - The form\_admin role manages forms, form sections, and section elements. - Personalize form \[personalize\_form\] - The personalize\_form role enables you to personalize forms. - UI notification admin \[ui\_notification\_admin\] - The UI notification admin role enables you to configure notification triggers. |
