Contract analysis states in Now Assist in Contract Management
The Now Assist in Contract Management analysis follows a workflow and moves through a series of states, which are displayed in the contract request. The contract analysis details are available in the activity stream and are also communicated by an email notification to the contract fulfiller, contract collaborator, and assignment group manager.
The following table describes the different states that a document goes through during analysis by the Now Assist application in the Contract documents tab.

|---|---|
| Not started | Now Assist analysis hasn’t been requested for the version. |
| Analysis in progress | Now Assist analysis is in progress. |
| Ready to review | Now Assist analysis is complete and suggestions are ready for review. |
| Completed | Now Assist analysis suggestions are reviewed and marked as complete. |
| Canceled | Now Assist analysis was canceled. |
| Error | Error occurred when initiating or executing the Now Assist analysis. |
The following table describes the status of the documents in the Analyze contracts with Now Assist pop-up window.

| Ready to analyze | Latest version of the contract document is ready for contract analysis. |
| Not configured | Configuration is missing for the contract type that is associated with the contract document. |
| File type error | File type of the contract document isn’t supported. |
| Analysis in progress | Now Assist analysis is in progress. |
| Error | Error occurred while evaluating the details for the contract analysis. |
