Task plan template access record

The task plan template access record is created with pre-filled template number. The access fields need to be specified to create and save the task plan record.

  
UserUser of the template. Search and select a user from the list, or select New to create a user.
GroupGroup for the template. Search and select a group from the list, or select New to create a group. Note: On entering or by selecting the user or group name from the list, all other fields are disabled.
Service OrganizationService organization for the template. Search and select a service organization from the list, or select New to create a new service organization.
Organization CriteriaCriterion for the template.
OptionalMember type. For example, Location Agent, Listed Member, Location Contributor.
Member TypeAppropriate member type for the service organization criteria. Note: This field is enabled only when Service Organization or Organization Criteria is selected.
