Log in to the Consumer Service Portal
Use the name and password that you created during the registration process to log in to the Consumer Service Portal.
Before you begin
Role required: sn_customerservice.consumer
Procedure
Navigate to the Consumer Service Portal.
Select Log in in the portal header.
Fill in the fields on the Log in pop-up window.
Select Log in.
You are logged in to the Consumer Service Portal and your name and profile picture appears in the portal header.
