Log in to the Consumer Portal

Log in to the Consumer Portal to access your cases, products, and profile information.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_customerservice.consumer

Procedure

  1. Go to the Consumer Portal.

    You can access the Consumer Portal using the URL, <servicenow instance URL>/consumer_portal.

  2. Select Log in in the portal header.

  3. Enter username and password on the Log in pop-up.

  4. Select Log in.

Result

You’re logged in to the Consumer Portal and your name and profile picture appears in the portal header.
