Update Engagement Messenger launch URLs to the latest version

Update the version of Engagement Messenger in the code used to embed Engagement Messenger in your website or to launch features automatically with Engagement Messenger.

Before you begin

Role required: Website administrator

Procedure

  1. Open the HTML file of the web page on the website where you integrate Engagement Messenger.

  2. Change the existing version number to v=3.1.

    For example:
