Activate the Consumer and Customer Service Portals
Activate the portal plugins to use the Consumer and Customer Service Portals.
Before you begin
Role required: admin
Procedure
Navigate to the ServiceNow store application or All > System Definitions > Plugins in the CSM application.
Install any one of the following plugins.

- Select Activate.
