Case line record pages
The Case lines and workflows application includes record pages that display case line items, case line characteristics, and case line tasks in CSM Configurable Workspace.
The following record pages use the CSM default record page to display case line, case line task, and case line characteristic information in CSM Configurable Workspace.
| Case line item page | The case line item page shows the details of a case line item, including customer and product information, the requested change to the ordered quantity, the shipping location, and estimated dates. |
| Case line task page | The case line task page displays information about a task created for a case line item. |
| Case line characteristic page | The case line characteristic record page displays details about the product offering included in a case line item. |
| Case line entitlement page | The case line entitlement page displays details about an entitlement associated with a case line item. |
