Associate services with product models

Enable customers to select services for products by associating services with product models.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_customerservice_manager or admin

About this task

One product model can have multiple associated services.

Procedure

1. Navigate to All > Customer Service > Product Models.

2. Select a product model.

3. Configure the form to display the Services related list.

   For more information, see Add a related list to a form.

4. On the Services related list, click New or Edit to add an existing service offering to the product model.
