Activate AI Search

Activate AI Search to enable conversational search capabilities in Now Assist for Core Business Suite.

Before you begin

Role required: admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > AI Search > AI Search Status.

  2. Select Request AI Search.

    A message confirms that the AI Search activation request has been submitted.

    Note: AI Search activation is processed in the background.

  3. Navigate again to All > AI Search > AI Search Status.

    When activation is complete, the status indicates that AI Search is ready.
