Integrating multiple ServiceNow instances with a single Microsoft Teams tenant

Enables ServiceNow® Virtual Agent to allow multiple ServiceNow instances to integrate with single Microsoft Teams tenant.

The Virtual Agent integration with Microsoft Teams creates a one-to-one association between the ServiceNow instance that you are installing from and the Microsoft Teams tenant in which the integration runs. By default, Virtual Agent supports one-select installation that integrates one Microsoft Teams tenant with one ServiceNow instance. By enabling this integration, Virtual Agent allows integrating multiple ServiceNow instances with a single Microsoft Teams tenant. You can integrate multiple ServiceNow instances with a single Microsoft Teams tenant by creating a bot for each of the instances on the Microsoft Teams tenant.

  5. Upload the manifest package file to publish your bot

  6. Create a bot in Microsoft Teams
