Request bulk translations for multiple topics
If you need to translate many Virtual Agent topics across multiple models at one time, you can use the [sys_cs_topic] table list view to request translations.
Before you begin
Role required: virtual_agent_admin or admin
Procedure
Navigate to All > sys_cs_topic.list.
Select the topic records you want to translate.
From the Actions on selected rows list at the bottom of the page, select Request Translations.
In the Request Translations dialog box, select the languages.
Only languages that are installed and activated in the Localization Framework are displayed. To learn how to activate localization plugins, see Activate a language.
Click Submit.
