View usage of assists across assistants and optimize their consumption for improved outcomes.

The Assists dashboard page aggregates metrics related to conversational assists, including total assists consumed, usage breakdown by assistant, usage trends, and features which used the most number of assists.

The visualizations on the Assists page help you with the following.

• Track overall consumption of assists and the usage breakdown by assistants.

• Identify the most popular AI features and usage patterns across assistants.

• Sum of all Conversational Assists

  This area of the dashboard shows the total number of assists consumed across all assistants in the selected date range. Use this metric to track growth in conversational assist usage from time to time.

• Assist Consumption

  This area of the dashboard shows the distribution of assist usage across different assistants. Reveals which assistants are driving most usage.

• Executions per Assistant

  This area of the dashboard shows the number of executions broken down by assistants.

• Trending sum of all assists

  This area of the dashboard shows the trend of assist usage over time, broken down by assistant. Use this metric to spot spikes or drops in assist usage for different assistants to understand underlying causes.

• Top 10 used AI Features

  This area of the dashboard lists the top ten AI features, for example, skills, agentic workflows, AI agents, in decreasing order of assists consumed.
