Create a custom flow action
Create a custom flow action in Workflow Studio for enabling external routing.
Before you begin
Role required: admin
Procedure
On your ServiceNow instance, navigate to All > Flow Designer > Actions.
From the Actions list, open AWA Post External Routing Events – Demo.
Select Copy action from the More Actions menu
